How do I book an airport transfer?
Book online or call +43 676 382 99 64. Please include your flight number for an airport pickup.
Where will I meet my driver?
On request, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
What if my flight is delayed?
There are no extra waiting charges for flight delays. Your flight is monitored.
Are skis and child seats included?
Yes. Luggage, skis, baby seats and child seats are included. Tell us what you need when booking.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your transfer starts. Contact us by email or phone. Later cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions.
What if my destination is not listed?
Email or call us. We also accept requests for individual addresses and other airports.
Can I book at short notice?
Short-notice journeys are possible if a vehicle is available. Please call to check.
What if my booking confirmation has not arrived?
Check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation, call our hotline.
